ObaPrep ("the app") is a GRE vocabulary study app for iOS, operated by Obafemi Ajayi ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
Some features require an auto-renewable subscription, ObaPrep Pro, offered as a monthly plan ($12.00/month) or an annual plan ($48.00/year, billed once a year). Prices are shown in the app in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your Apple account is charged. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
All purchases are processed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, use "Restore purchases" on the subscription screen to recover an active subscription tied to your Apple account.
The app and its content (word lists, definitions, examples, practice questions) are for your personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the content, or attempt to extract it in bulk.
ObaPrep is a study tool. We make no promise about test scores or admissions outcomes, and the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
