Common questions

How do I restore my subscription?

Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. Your ObaPrep Pro subscription will be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose ObaPrep, and cancel there. If you cancel during the 14-day free trial you won't be charged.

How does the free trial work?

Your first study session is free. ObaPrep Pro then starts with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and pay nothing.

How does the scheduling work?

ObaPrep uses spaced repetition (the FSRS algorithm) paced to the test date you set. Words you miss come back sooner; words you know come back later. Set or change your test date and daily pace in the app's Settings.

How do I reset my progress?

Open Settings in the app to manage your study data. Your data is stored locally on your device.
